1. RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order. After this period, we are unable to process returns or refunds.
Note for customers in the European Union: Under Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. Since our 15-day policy is more favorable, it shall prevail.

2. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:
• Be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, and undamaged by the buyer.
• Have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.
• Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to the customer without a refund being issued.

3. HOW TO START A RETURN

Please include in your message:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the item (required in case of damage or defect)
IMPORTANT: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Once your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the cases described in Section 4.

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include photos of the item and the packaging.
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer you, at your choice:
• A replacement of the correct item, or
• A full refund of the amount paid.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).
• Custom or personalized products made to order.
• Personal care and hygiene products (cosmetics, beauty items) once opened.
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
• Sale or discounted items.
• Gift cards.

6. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please:
1. Request a return for the original item following this policy.
2. Once your refund is approved, place a new order for the item you want.
This ensures the fastest process and guarantees product availability.

7. REFUNDS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved:
• The refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

8. CONSUMER RIGHTS & APPLICABLE LAW

This policy does not limit or override any rights granted to consumers under the laws of their country or region. In the event of a conflict between this policy and applicable local regulations, the rule offering greater protection to the consumer shall always prevail.

• Canada: Applicable provincial and federal consumer protection legislation.
• Rest of the world: The consumer protection legislation in force in the buyer’s country shall apply in all matters exceeding the guarantees set forth herein.
