1. WHERE WE SHIP

GoSqueezee ships worldwide. We are based in Australia and dispatch all orders from our Australian warehouse.

We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain countries or regions at our sole discretion, including where local regulations, carrier limitations, or other circumstances prevent us from delivering safely or legally.

2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

• Latin America: 10 – 20 business days
• Middle East & Africa: 10 – 20 business days
• Rest of the world: 10 – 20 business days

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and the shipping method selected. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable conditions will be clearly stated at checkout.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website or via the tracking link provided.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated after you receive the dispatch confirmation.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

GoSqueezee has no control over customs processing times or fees. We are unable to predict what charges may apply to your order. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

If an order is refused or held by customs due to non-payment of duties or non-compliance with local regulations, GoSqueezee is not responsible for any resulting delays, losses, or additional costs.

7. LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Once your order is handed to the carrier, GoSqueezee is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused during transit. However, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
1. Check your tracking information for updates.
2. Contact us at rourickjavier@gmail.com with your order number.

For items that arrive damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

8. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. GoSqueezee is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at rourickjavier@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
